Payson Trap Club will be participating in a 2024 fall league again this year starting in September and running until the end of October. Any student 12 years of age or older can participate. If you’re interested in participating please read the attached flyer for more info.
The Jr High Softball season is fast approaching. We are excited to get this season started.
We are low on numbers this year for 7 and 8th graders, so we are asking 6th graders and potentially 5th graders for help (no guarantee on 5th grade involvement yet – have to wait to see how the numbers work out for 6-8th graders).
Thus, if you have a player interested in playing Jr High Softball and they are going into the 5th, 6th , 7th or 8th grade, please reach out to me ASAP.
Practices will start Monday July 29th, with a parents meeting scheduled for the day before on Sunday the 28th @ 8pm.

2024-25 Instructional, Meal and Sport Fees
All instructional fees are due by August 23, 2024. If you are unable to make the full payment, please contact the office to set up a payment plan.
Meal accounts should be in the positive at the beginning of each week.
Sports fees and physical are due by the first practice.

2024-25 Fee Waiver Application
If you wish to apply for free/reduced meals, you will need to fill out the application. If you wish to apply for an instructional fee waiver, then you must fill out the free/reduced meal application as well as the fee waiver application. Applications may be submitted to the offices beginning August 1, 2024. You can apply at any time during the school year as the need arises.
Breakfast is served daily at the elementary for all students K-12th from 7:30-8:00 a.m.

2024-25 Registration
ALL STUDENTS NEED TO BE REGISTERED BETWEEN AUGUST 1-16, 2024 FOR THE 2024-25 SCHOOL YEAR.
Online Registration will tentatively open August 1, 2024 in your Skyward Family Access. You will have a registration tile in Skyward Family Access when it has been published.
August 5, from 8am-12pm--GS and JH/HS offices will be open for NEW STUDENT registration and to pay fees by cash or check.
August 6, from 8-11:30 AM and from12-3:00pm--GS and JH/HS offices will be open for RETURNING STUDENTS registration (on a chromebook) and to pay fees by cash or check.
If you are unable to register online or want to pay your fees in person and are unavailable for these dates, please call or email the building secretary AFTER AUGUST 1, 2024 to set up an appointment.
