*Lunch for Tues, Nov 20 is baked ham slice, twice baked casserole and applesauce
 
*We will run meeting schedule today for Class sponsors
 
*JH Basketball plays tonight at home vs Nauvoo at 6:00
 
*Mid-terms are tomorrow and we will send home grades that afternoon.
 
*We will dismiss at 1:55 tomorrow.  There will be no school on Thurs and Fri for Thanksgiving Break.
 
*There are coloring pages and order forms for tshirts in the office for Easton Zanger

*The Payson Music Boosters will be hosting a soup supper on Nov 29 during the home basketball games that night.  They will start serving around 4:00 pm.  Please come out and enjoy the chili and cheese soups, hot dogs, nachos, and desserts.  Also, come out to show your support for the teams and the band.
 
*Anyone who is interested in participating in the Academic Challenge in February, please sign up in the office.  There are competitions in math, science and english categories.  Winners will advance to the sectional competition in March.

*The 1st Quiz Bowl practice is tonight after school.

*You can send a note and a cookie to someone special--it can be a friend, a teacher, a girlfriend or boyfriend..  The "Kids Can Make a Difference" Club will deliver them on Tues, Nov 20 for only $1.00 each.  You can buy them during lunch this week.

*Pep Club's annual fall athlete's breakfast is this morning from 7:30-8:00 in the MPR.  All HS football, volleyball and golf players, coaches & managers are invited to attend.

*Students needing community service hours can help with the elementary school All-Star read night tonight at 6:00.  If you are interested, please contact Ms. Brokaw.

*All Sophomores will take the PLAN test this morning.   Sophomores should already be in their testing room with a calculator and #2 pencils.  Attendance and lunch count will be taken there.  We will NOT be ringing the bells.  Teachers - please release students on your own.  Students - please be quiet in the hallways. 

*Liberty-Payson Girls Basketball plays tonight in the PCC Tournament in Brussels at 7:30.

*Pep Club's annual fall athlete's breakfast will be tomorrow morning from 7:30-8:00 in the MPR.  All HS football, volleyball and golf players, coaches & managers are invited to attend.

*All Sophomores will take the PLAN test tomorrow morning.  You need to go straight to your testing room (MPR, Room 115 or Room 116) and attendance and lunch count will be taken there.  Also, you need to bring a calculator and #2 pencils.

All Star Readers

When your student in grades K-6 reads and logs over 1,000 minutes between now and December 18th, they will be All-Star Readers!  Your student will be recognized during halftime at the boys’ basketball game on December 18th with prizes and certificates.

Elementary All-Star Read Night

The Elementary will host its annual Read Night on Thursday, November 15, from 5-8 p.m.   Please come and enjoy some fun reading and activities with your child.  The book fair will also be open that night in the library.
