*Lunch for Thurs, Nov 18 is nachos with meat & cheese, spanish rice, tossed salad & fruit.

*7th Grade Basketball team plays tonight in the Liberty tournament at 6:00.  Bus at 4:45.

*HS Book Club will meet today during lunch to discuss Chp 6-15 of Mockingjay.  The Book Club is just for fun.  There are no quizzes or tests or papers to fill out.  Also, we will read the books that you choose to read.  Come and join us!

*Sophomores--tshirt designs are due to Harlee Flesner by Friday.  Class dues of $25 are due by Dec 8.

*The accounting class will be serving breakfast again on Friday morning.  This Friday will be cinnamon rolls with your choice of orange juice or chocolate milk.  One cinnamon roll and a drink will be a dollar.  The Breakfast Barrio will start at 7:40 am.  See you there!

*The Blue-White Scrimmage & Alumni Game is Sat, Nov 20.  The basketball team will play at 5:00, followed by two alumni games (under 35 and over 35).  Admission is a free will donation and concessions will be available.

*Jostens will be here on Monday.  Make sure you bring your ring then if there is a problem.

*If you are planning on being gone tomorrow for deerhunting, we need a copy of your tags for it to be an excused absence.

*Pep Club is selling basketball fan club shirts for $8.00.  An example is on the office window & order forms are in the office.  Deadline is tomorrow.

*Pep Club is selling shirt/sweatshirts/hoodies.  The front says "One Town, One Team, One Dream", with an Indians logo on the back.  An example is in the office window and website.  Order forms are in the office & the deadline is is Tues, Nov 23. 

*The VOTEC Graphics class is selling Payson Indian drawstring bags for $7.00.  An example is hanging in the office window.  Order forms are in the office.  Deadline is Tues, Nov 23.

*School will be released at 1:55 on Weds, Nov 24 and there will be no school on Thurs, Nov 25 & Fri, Nov 26 for Thanksgiving break.

*The Payson Seymour STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) class will be holding a hog roast on Sat, Dec. 4 from 5:00-8:00 pm at the Payson Grade School.  The price is $10/ticket and includes baked beans, chips, cole slaw, dessert & beverage.  Please see a class member or teacher for tickets--only so many are available.  Proceeds will help fund community service & classroom projects.  Please help support this inspiring class!

 

*Students--through the end of November, Payson Pride encourages you to help us reduce the number of first hour tardies.  For the next 10 school days, if you are on time to class at least 9 of those days, you will receive a snack on Dec. 1st.  Thank you and let's be here on time.

*Several school records were broken this year in football, they were:
      Game Records:  T.J. Klitz 5.5 sacks and 6 tackles for a loss.
      Season Records:  T.J. Klitz 9.5 sacks, 15 tackles for a loss
      Team rushing record:  2754 yards broke old record by 505 yards.
 
*Seniors—There is 1 group picture left available for purchase.  The cost is $10.  See Mrs. Germann.

*Homework Haven is at the Jr/Sr High from 3:05-4:05 Monday-Thursday in Mrs. Gilligan's room.
