*September is National Read a New Book Month.  A list of new titles to our school is posted in the library.  If you read a book off the new book shelf or list, then you can enter your name in a prize drawing to be held at the end of September.

*Juniors--Applications are in the office for the Adams County Youth Leadership Academy.  There will be 5 sessions that will help you to build communication and leadership skills to prepare you for the future.  Applications must be received by Sept 9.

*Magazine orders are due every Friday to your sponsors.  Final turn-in date is Fri, Sept 16.

*The band will be participating in the Pittsfield Falls Festival Parade tomorrow.  Bus time will be 8:15 and should return between 2:00 and 3:00 pm. 

*There will be an informational meeting for JH Girls Basketball on Thurs, Sept 8 at 6:00 in the HS library.
