*The football team would like to thank all of you that went to support us last Friday night. It was really great to see all of the fans that were there.
*The girls softball team has conditioning after school at 3:30.
*The 8th grade basketball team will play their first game in the Unity Colts Classic tonight at 6:00 vs Southeastern. Bus at 4:45.
*We will run the meeting schedule tomorrow (Tues) instead of Weds for Spanish Club.
*Picture retake day is Wednesday, November 3rd. Forms available in the office. This is for anyone, students and staff, who did not have their picture taken at the beginning on the school year.
*Sadie Hawkins dance will be Fri, Nov. 5 from 7-10 pm. The cost is $3/person. This year's theme is "My Big Green Tractor". All high school students are invited to attend. Remember to dress appropriately for the dance. If you are bringing a guest from another school, pick up a guest pass form from the office to fill out.
*Student Council members--remember we are starting to decorate at 10 am on Friday morning, Nov. 5. All members are required to be there for decorating. Also, do not forget to bring your drinks or snacks for the dance. These may be dropped off earlier in the week to Mrs. Rosenkrans or on Friday morning. See Brittany Speckhart if you have questions.
*WCC Choral Festival will be held Tues, Nov 2 at Camp Point. Students will be leaving after 3rd hour to attend this event. Concert is at 7:00.
*PCC Choral Festival will be held Thurs, Nov 4 at Payson. Rehearsal starts at 1:00. Concert starts at 7:00 that night.
*IMEA District Festival will be Sat, Nov 6 in Macomb. Bus time is 6:15. Rehearsal starts at 8:15. JH Concert is at 2:30 and HS Concert at 4:30. Please tell Mr. Bowman if you will be riding home with your parents.

*Athletic Club is now selling tshirts, hoodies, sweatshirts, & hats. Order forms are in the office and color examples are on the website. Deadline is Nov 12.
*HS Book Club will meet on Nov. 18 during lunch to discuss Chp 6-15 of Mockingjay. The Book Club is just for fun. There are no quizzes or tests or papers to fill out. Also, we will read the books that you choose to read. Come and join us!
*The Payson Seymour STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) class will be holding a hog roast on Sat, Dec. 4 from 5:00-8:00 pm at the Payson Grade School. The price is $10/ticket and includes baked beans, chips, cole slaw, dessert & beverage. Please see a class member or teacher for tickets--only so many are available. Proceeds will help fund community service & classroom projects. Please help support this inspiring class!

*JWCC is offering an Intro to Welding Class on Tuesday and Thursday nights. Starting on Nov. 9th, this class will be held at the JWCC Ag. Education Center in Perry. Call 236-4711 to register.
*Central High School is hosting a dodgeball tournament on Nov. 13th. There is a flyer on the office window with the information.
