*Volleyball team plays tonight in their regional at Western at 7:00.
*Congratulations to our Payson Marching Indians for a job well done on Saturday. Our Indians placed First in the small bands division of the Illinois College Homecoming Parade in Jacksonville. This demonstrates what dedication, hard work and pride can accomplish. Thanks to all who worked so hard to end this marching season with success! Now it is time to move into the concert season. Make sure you stop by the office and see our trophy.
*The Unity-Payson fooball team would love to have you at the game this Friday. If they win, they will make the playoffs. This Friday is also Senior night, so come and support your classmates. The game starts at 7:30 vs Calhoun.
*Seniors--Friday is the last day for pizza. NO late orders.
*Softball meeting has been changed to Thurs, Oct 21 during lunch.
*Senior group picture will be taken at Rockcliffe Mansion, Hannibal, MO, today. You need to be at the high school by 8:20am. Each senior is asked to wear dark blue jeans (no holes) and solid black or white shirt (no designs or writing on the front). Anyone choosing not to dress in this fashion will not be allowed to be in this photo. An 8 x 10 print of this photo will be available for purchase for $10.00 from the photographer, Carla Lentz at Studio Churchill. Forms are in the office. Afterwards, we will go to Quincy to eat. We will return to the high school by noon.
*Seniors will be attending the College and Career Day at Pittsfield on Weds, Oct 20 in the morning
*High School Book Club will meet Thurs, Oct 21 to discuss the first 5 chapters of Mockingjay
*Our next blood drive is on Oct 26th. If you would like to donate blood, please sign up with Mrs. Rosenkrans. You need to be 17 or have a parent permission form. You may pick up the form from Mrs. Rosenkrans.
*Class rings will be in on Oct. 28 from 7:30-8:00 am.
*Pep Club dues are $2.00 and must be paid by the end of October.
*Art Club dues are $2.00. Please pay them to Harlee Flesner or Matt Mellon by November 3rd.
*Spanish Club dues are $2.00. Please pay to Ashley Oberling by November 3rd.

*JWCC is offering an Intro to Welding Class on Tuesday and Thursday nights. Starting on November 9, 2010, this class will be held at the JWCC Ag. Education Center in Perry. Call 236-4711 to register.
*The Hannibal High School Expo is scheduled for Tuesday, October 19 from 5:30-7:00pm. It will host many colleges, universities, military, and more. The location will be the cafeteria at Hannibal High School at the north end of the building.
*Central High School is hosting a dodgeball tournament on Nov. 13th. There is a flyer on the office window with the information.
