Payson CUSD #1 has a number of facilities that are available for use by the community following proper guidelines.  Please check the website calendar for room/field availability and complete a Facilities Use AgreementThe agreement can be emailed to ncromie@cusd1.org or dropped off at the superintendent's office.

HS gym--blue
HS MPR--red
HS library--green
Baseball field--dark blue
Softball field--purple
EMPR--brown
GS gym--tan
GS library--gray

Fees are charged per the following schedule:

HIGH SCHOOL GYM:
$25 minimum (includes first hour);  $25 per hour thereafter
Example:  Facility required for three hours;  total fee due $75

HS MPR (INCLUDES KITCHEN)
$20 minimum (includes first hour);  $10 per hour thereafter
Example:  Facility required for three hours;  total fee due $40

GRADE SCHOOL GYM:
$10 minimum (includes first hour); $5 per hour thereafter
Example:  Facility required for three hours; total fee due $20

EMPR:
$20 minimum (includes first hour); $10 per hour thereafter
Example:  Facility required for three hours; total fee due $40

EMPR W/ KITCHEN:
$30 minimum (includes first hour); $15 per hour thereafter
Example:  Facility required for three hours; total fee due $60

GRADE SCHOOL/HIGH SCHOOL LIBRARY/CONFERENCE ROOM: 
$10 minimum (includes first hour); $5 per hour thereafter
Example:  Facility required for three hours; total fee due $20

BASEBALL/SOFTBALL DIAMOND:
$50 per calendar day (all day/night, includes use of lights)
$25 per night time (only applicable if lights are used)
$0 per day time (lights must not be utilized)
Example 1:   Weekend (Sat/Sun) ball tournament held and lights are utilized both days;  total fee due $100
Example 2:  Evening game/practice conducted requiring lights;  total fee due $25
Example 3:  Game/practice conducted during daylight hours;  total fee due $0
