The Payson Music Boosters will be selling Poinsettias as their annual fund raiser again this year. The price is set at $15 per plant. Please see any band student or Mr. Bowman. The money will be used to fund musical events and purchase instruments that will give musical opportunities to every student. Money will be due November 25th. Poinsettias may be picked up at the Winter Concert.

There will be a Monster Book Fair at the elementary Nov 9-13. Come see where the wild things are at the MONSTER Read Night Tuesday, November 10th. The night will start in the elementary multipurpose room at 6:00 PM with a monstrous program you will not want to miss. Afterwards, families will be invited to participate in an array of programs including, spooktacular games, beastly cookies, eye-popping crafts, and the monster book fair in the library. Come dressed with wild hair, crazy socks, or monster costumes for a wild time! The games, crafts, book fair, and refreshments will be open until 8:00 PM. Afterwards, students in 2nd - 4th grade are invited to a late night reading celebration in the old gym. For more information, contact the elementary school at 217-656-3439. This Saturday night the 2A 2015 playoff pairings will be announced at 8:20 p.m. The coaches, players, and families would like to invite everyone to come to the Unity Middle School to listen to this announcement. To thank everyone for their overwhelming support and generosity this entire season, the Unity-Payson football families will be serving homemade soups, hot dogs, and drinks free of charge beginning at 6:30 p.m. through 7:45 p.m. The food will be served in the middle school cafeteria and we will watch the pairings announcement in the middle school gym.
