*Volleyball plays tonight in the Central Tournament.

*JV Golf plays at Southeastern at 4:00.  Dismiss at 2:30.

*JH Girls Basketball has their first game tonight at Southeastern at 6:00 (at Bowen).

*Drum Practice for the Barry Parade will be after school tonight.

The Health Dept will have a flu clinic in the EMPR tonight from 3:30-5:30 p.m.  Cost is $20 for adults and $10 for children.  Medicare and Public Aid will pay for this.

*The last day for magazine sales is tomorrow.

*Sports pictures are Thurs, Sept 27.

*The next Student Council meeting is Fri morning at 7:20 am in Mr. DeGarmo's room.

*Seniors wishing to be considered for Student of the Month - you need to submit a 300 word essay explaining why they should be Student of the Month.  It is due to Mr. DeGarmo by Tues, Oct 2.

*The Payson-Seymour Pride NIght will be Weds, Oct 3 at 6:00 at the town park.  There will be a short program including speeches by each fall sports representative and musical selections by the band.  The Band Boosters will pay a cash bonus to the group with the highest percentage of group participation.  The Music Boosters will be serving walking tacos, hot dogs and drinks.  Please plan to attend and show your pride for all our school teams.  Additional parade entries are welcome, including floats, vehicles, etc.  Please RSVP to Mr. Bowman by Oct 1.

*A handmade quilt is being raffled off to support the Payson Music Program.  Chances are $1.00 each or 6 for $5.00.  Tickets are available from any band student or music booster. The winner will be drawn at Payson Pride Night on Oct 3.

*Juniors - There is still time to sign up for the PSAT given on Oct 17.  The cost is $15.00.  Do not wait much longer.

*The Senior picture will be on Oct 17.

*QU is hosting a shooting clinic on Sun, Oct 21 from 1:00-4:00 for boys in grades K-12.  Cost is $25 and registration forms are in the office.
