CALL TO ORDER
Lisa Schwartz called the meeting to order at 7:02 p.m.
ROLL CALL
Nancy Cromie, district secretary, called roll with the following members present: Denise Albsmeyer, Keith Barry, Russ Board, Danelle Donley, Cory Hagerbaumer, Trista Neisen and Lisa Schwartz.
Also present were Donna Veile, Julie Phelan, Barb Speckhart and Nancy Cromie.

PUBLIC
Ali Bauer, an 11th grader and editor of the yearbook, addressed the board regarding the Gallery of Excellence Award that the 2022-23 yearbook won. She also shared with the board that she was selected to be part of the Youth to Washington trip sponsored by Adams Electric Coop.

SUPERINTENDENT REPORT
Donna Veile gave legislative updates and talked about a law conference she attended. The district is looking to add STEM classes. The 1 cent facility use tax was discussed.
2024-25 IHSA Membership
Barry made a motion to approve the 2024-25 IHSA membership renewal. Neisen seconded the motion. AYE: Albsmeyer, Barry, Board, Donley, Hagerbaumer, Neisen and Schwartz NAY: None
NON-CERTIFIED STAFF YEARS OF SERVICE LIST
Albsmeyer made a motion to approve the non-certified staff years of service list. Neisen seconded the motion. AYE: Albsmeyer, Barry, Board, Donley, Hagerbaumer, Neisen and Schwartz NAY: None
ELEMENTARY PRINCIPAL REPORT
Julie Phelan gave a report on student activities. The Payson UMC is donating 14 Easter meals to district families. The Quincy Lions Club donated money that is being used to provide assemblies. A 5th grade curriculum update was given.
SECONDARY PRINCIPAL REPORT
Greg Buescher submitted a report on student activities. Diane Germann shared a slideshow.
MOVE TO CLOSED SESSION
Barry made a motion to move into closed session for the purpose of discussing the employment of personnel, student matters, and other items appropriate for closed session. Donley seconded the motion. AYE: Albsmeyer, Barry, Board, Hagerbaumer, Donley, Neisen and Schwartz NAY: None
