CALL TO ORDER
Denise Albsmeyer called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m.
ROLL CALL
Roll was taken with the following members present: Denise Albsmeyer, Keith Barry, Russ Board, Danelle Donley, Cory Hagerbaumer and Trista Neisen. Lisa Schwartz was absent.
Also present were Donna Veile, Julie Molidor, Greg Buescher, Barb Speckhart and Nancy Cromie.

PUBLIC
Alexis Allen addressed the board regarding the indoctrination of Christopher Columbus, elected officials, constitutional amendment violations and her spiritual beliefs.
Gary Hagerbaumer shared some humor with the board.
TECHNOLOGY REPORT
Barb Speckhart shared a report on the variety of technical support requests received over the last month.
AD REPORT
Lauren Bentzinger submitted a report on the status of current sports.
CONSENT AGENDA

SUPERINTENDENT REPORT
Donna Veile announced that the maintenance grant had been approved and shared facility updates. Community service hours will be taken to the curriculum committee for review.
IASB POLICIES
Neisen made a motion to approve the second reading of IASB policies as listed on the agenda. Barry seconded the motion. AYE: Albsmeyer, Barry, Board, Donley, Hagerbaumer and Neisen NAY: None
SENIOR TRIP
Donley made a motion to approve the senior trip for March 30-April 3. Barry seconded the motion. AYE: Albsmeyer, Barry, Board, Donley, Hagerbaumer and Neisen NAY: None
SOPPA OFFICER
Board made a motion to approve Lucas Ayers as the SOPPA Officer. Hagerbaumer seconded the motion. AYE: Albsmeyer, Barry, Board, Donley, Hagerbaumer and Neisen NAY: None
ELEMENTARY PRINCIPAL REPORT
Julie Molidor shared that MAP testing was almost complete. The elementary is working on the regrounding of PBIS expectations. The Mobile Dentist came on January 9th and 10th to provide services for 53 students. There was a slideshow on third grade curriculum.
SECONDARY PRINCIPAL REPORT
Greg Buescher shared that an all school picnic and final exams closed out the month of December. MAP testing took place on January 9th and 10th. Homecoming activities will take place on February 7th and 8th.
MOVE TO CLOSED SESSION
Neisen made a motion to move into closed session for the purpose of discussing the employment of personnel, student matters, superintendent evaluation, contract extension and other items appropriate for closed session.
